Welcome to the Woodland Bard
My intention for the Woodland Bard is to create material that can really help people at this time to connect with nature and to find that still, peaceful, joyous, space within away from the excruciating busyness of human activity wherever they are.
In order to move into that space you need to create time away from devices and immerse yourself in solitude, silence and stillness.
My intention in offering these meditations here on Substack is there is no need to engage with the onslaught of adverts and feeds online which are designed to keep our minds busy and consuming.

ABOUT THE COURSE
A series of guided meditation workshops, each with an individual flavour. Jonathon will guide you gently through meditations and natural connection practices designed to restore your connection with nature and to bring healing to yourself and the land to which we all belong.

I am so grateful to receive your content. I’ve actually felt a bit lost with my lack of time for myself. Running a small farm has meant there is so much to do on a daily basis, especially since the clocks have changed and the days are longer.
